Buon Appetito! Learn to make some of Italy’s most popular cuisine: appetizers, ensalata, pasta, main course, and dessert! Native Italian, Maria Rocco, will share her culinary delights and family recipes. By the end of class, you will have recipes and secrets to share! Each evening will include a wine pairing that augments the cuisine of the evening. Enjoy!
